These General Sales Condition apply to the online sale of the various items offered on the website's shop of
Eva Schipflinger's small company has her Head Office in the South of France and is active for the last 15 years, registered under number's identification of company SIREN 49847179. This website is an online shop who sells different types of jewelry. The company reserves the right at any time to add or delete all or part of the products sold or presented on the site, since our various offers are valid within the limits of available stocks. Also, it can change their presentation as well as their price.
We are a small company offering unique, handmade and limited works. That is why our guidelines are somewhat more restrictive than those of the large retail stores. We ask for your understanding and rest assured that we will always do my best to make your experience enjoyable.

Returns Exchanges
While we hope you love your new piece, we can understand that it isn't quite what you were looking for. Therefore, we accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions.
To initiate the return process, please email us at shop[a] with your name, order number, reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange / credit.
Special orders and items with changed sizes cannot be returned. International orders are final and cannot be returned.
All eligible returns must be submitted to the post office within 14 days of your package being delivered. It must be unworn, in perfect condition and contain the original packaging. All returned goods are carefully checked and we reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. The shipping fee for the return is paid by you and must be tracked with your signature upon delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the postmail, so we recommend that you take out an insurance for that. All returns for a refund will be charged a 3% fee of the item price. This covers the cost of the merchant fees, which we are not reimbursed for.

If you're buying a gift for someone and would like it gift wrapped, please specify it when ordering, in the box provided for this purpose call "Order notes", when you fill in your personal data.
For gift returns: the person who receives the gift must return it under the same conditions set out in the "Returns and Exchanges" tab, and will receive a credit note in the form of a voucher for the value of the item. This credit will be valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
PLEASE NOTE: To be able to benefit from a credit note and/or refund, it is imperative to respect a period of 14 days after receving of the package. Refunds, once approved, can only be sent to the person who purchased the item, not the person who receives the gift.

All the pieces we sell are unique or limited edition, often with innovative or experimental techniques and materials. Also, as with anything you wear in the world, jewelry is prone to accidents and wear, as such, repairs can sometimes be required. If your piece needs some attention, please email us at shop[a] It helps if you can provide a photo of the damage and a description of what happened, so we can help you find the right solution. The repair process may take some time - between 1-4 weeks , and may incur a fee. We will discuss this with you before proceeding with the work.

We accept payments through PayPal, it's a solution that also accept payements throught Credit or Debit Cards without the need to create a Paypal account.
When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more details.

However, if it reaches you with damage, please contact us to discuss. I do not automatically take responsibility for items that have been damaged or lost during transport, and we recommend that you apply for additional insurance if this is the case. If we can help make it up to you, we will.
